We are excited to announce the opening of a brand-new 4-bed children’s residential care home for young people aged 7–18 with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture, ethos, and success of the home. You’ll be supported by an established senior leadership team, with regular manager forums and shared best practice across our wider organisation.
What we’re looking for:
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (essential)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered/Deputy Manager (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and compliance (desirable)
• A creative, child-centred leader who can inspire and motivate staff
• A passion for delivering outstanding outcomes for young people
