Brand New Home - Children's Residential Care Home Manager

We are launching a brand-new 4-bed residential home for children aged 7–18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties, and we’re searching for a dynamic, compassionate, and forward-thinking Home Manager to lead it. As part of a wider group of homes, you’ll have the benefit of peer support from fellow managers and weekly meetings with the senior leadership team. }

You will need:
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (essential)
• At least 1 year’s managerial experience in a children’s home (preferred)
• Confidence with Ofsted requirements (desirable)
• A child-first approach and strong team leadership skills
